The second shoulder is diced, unless otherwise requested. Total weight approx. 15kg.

• 2 legs whole or halved as joints

• 1 shoulder boned and rolled

• 1 shoulder boned and diced

• 2 French trimmed racks of lamb

• 12 Loin chops, 6 Chump chops

• 2 breasts boned and rolled

All meat is vacuum packed and labelled
