Lamb

The reason for this letter is to congratulate you on the quality of the lamb that I received. coming from the fourth generation of an Australian farming family I was used to the highest standard of meat quality regardless of the type of beast it came from. On moving to England 8 years ago I was disappointed to find that red meat in particular was about 4 times the cost and of a much poorer quality than I had been used to. I must admit I was sceptical of the praise given in newspaper articles regarding your product but decided to try it before forming an opinion. The price alone was attractive and I have always preferred to know exactly where my food was coming from and what conditions livestock were being kept in.
The meat arrived last week and I tried some chump chops for dinner. It was the best lamb I have eaten since living on a sheep station in new Zealand! I had purchased the box mainly for a dinner party i was holding on Sunday and my guests were so impressed that several asked for your details so they too could plane an order. I would like to think some of the praise was due to my cooking but a cook is only as good as the ingredients used so thank you for a very enjoyable meal. I look forward to several more from the box and you can be sure i will be ordering again.

I recently bought a 'lamb taster' box from you. We don't usually spend that much money on meat, but I thought I'd let you know that it was well worth it! We had the boneless leg steaks for our Sunday dinner today, and it tasted great.
