BEEF


 

Our Beef is of exceptional quality. We use native cross breeds sourced from a number of local farmers. As with our lamb we consider the hanging process to be extremely important, all our beef is hung for three weeks to ensure that the flavour and texture is excellent.

The cows shown in these photographs are Red Devon heifers (young females), they would typically be crossed with a larger continental bull such as a Charolais, to produce quality west country beef animals.
